No, no matter your age or fitness levels, there is something for you within our Senior fitness classes. Our staff will take into consideration any physical limitations you may have or concerns around injury and make sure everyone can be involved.

Its recommended seniors are active every day, even if it is only light exertion. With numerous classes with a wide range of intensity levels, our fitness programs can get you up and moving day in and day out.

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t been to the gym in 20 days or 20 years, a seniors gym membership will give you all the tools help you get your health and wellbeing where you want it to be. Our highly trained and friendly staff can assist you to feel comfortable in the facility and understand all your fitness options and how to utilise everything at your disposal. We have a class for every interest and targeted health benefit so just come on in and let you point you in the right direction.

It all depends on the type of class you’ll be joining, but you should at least bring a water bottle and a towel. For fitness classes, it is recommended you bring comfortable and loose-fitting clothes, active footwear and anything you feel you need to be comfortable when exercising. For pool session, bring a set of bathers, a shirt you can wear into the pool, and a change of clothes.
