Swimming is a low-impact activity with many physical and mental health benefits for all ages and abilities all-year round. Our Adult swimming classes are designed to develop confidence, stroke technique and to improve fitness. Lessons cater for different swimming abilities; from beginners to intermediate swimmers.
Water exercise doesn't have to be all about lap swimming, within the swim centre there are other water workouts you can enjoy including aqua aerobics or check the Lane Availability for quieter times suitable for walking/running in designated slow lanes.
