Perth HPC Service Updates

In 2021, VenuesWest commenced a process of transition to better align our structure to enable the successful delivery of the organisation’s strategy.

The review has recommended the cessation of a number of programs and services that are offered to customers, including:

  • Kids Sports Club

  • Creche

  • Adult gymnastics 

These programs will cease at varying times throughout the next few months. Please read the FAQs below for dates and further information. 

At VenuesWest we take feedback seriously and we appreciate that changes such as these can cause an inconvenience to our regular customers. We encourage you to provide any feedback in relation to the above closures through the Feedback Form below. 

Rest assured that we will be reviewing every response that we receive and although you may not receive any more communication from us, your feedback will be considered.

  • The creche’s last day of operation will be Thursday 21 December 2023. Creche will be available on this day.

  • The creche is closing because VenuesWest are realigning our services to our corporate strategy.

  • We will provide a refund of creche multipasses. In addition we will also refund holders of group fitness multipasses or aquacards that relied on the creche.

    If you purchased on the client portal, please see a member staff who will provide a manual refund form.

    For gym memberships, please follow the normal membership cancellation process. Please advise gym staff and they will be able to provide you with the refund form. We will be waiving the usual 30-day notice period.

     

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any similar child-minding services.

  • If required, you can cancel swim school or kids gymnastics at no cost. 

    Please speak with the swim school team first to find an alternate day that suits you and your family. Children can be enrolled into swim school from the age of 2 years, without a parent in the water. Every effort is made to schedule classes for siblings at the same time, or as close as possible. Siblings can be on the pool deck during classes as long as they are supervised by an adult. Young siblings can be in a pram if this is suitable.

  • Thursday 25 January will be the last day of Kids Sport Club. The service will be available on this day.

  • Kids Sport Club is ceasing because VenuesWest are realigning our services to our corporate strategy.

  • If you are unable to use the credit during the upcoming school holidays, this will be refunded.

     

  • The final Adult Gymnastics class will be on Thursday 21 December and is ceasing for the same reason as the creche closure.

  • Yes. Please see reception for a refund or if you purchased from the client portal, reception can provide you with a refund form.

  • VenuesWest has informed customers of these changes through email, social media, in-venue posters, flyers and signage.

  • Yes, Kids Sport Club is still available until the last day of enrolments, 25 January, 2024.

    The booking period for the last Kids Sports Club program will begin on the 27 November, 2023.

    Please note that KSC is not available on Friday 22 December due to the UWA shutdown.

     

  • Members who use the creche can cancel their Stadium membership at no cost. If it is an upfront membership, we will provide a refund for the remainder of your membership.

    If you purchased on the client portal, please see a member staff who will provide you with a manual refund form.

  • The 30-day refund period will be waived for all refunds related to these closures.
